Shipping & production

Every sign is handcrafted to order and ships free worldwide with FedEx or DHL Express. Total time from order to your door is approximately 14 business days (5-7 days production + 5-7 days express shipping). You'll receive a tracking number as soon as your sign is dispatched.

Planning a wedding? Order at least 4 weeks before your event date to allow buffer for any customs delays. For rush orders inside 3 weeks, email us before ordering and we'll confirm if we can hit your date.

When should I order for my wedding date?

How do I hang or mount the sign at a venue?

Every sign ships with pre-drilled holes and hanging hardware. For venue installs, most couples suspend it with fishing line or ribbon from a backdrop, arch, or draping — or place it on a stand (sold separately) for a table-top display.

Can I use it outdoors at an outdoor wedding?

Yes. The sign is rated for indoor and outdoor use. For open-air installations, we recommend positioning under an awning, tent, or arch so the power connection isn't exposed to direct rain.

Can I customize the color, text, or add our names?

Absolutely. Choose from the color options above, or email hello@neoniqueled.com for custom text ("Mr & Mrs Smith", monograms, dates). Simple text or color swaps are free — larger custom builds come with a quick quote.

Can I dim it for the reception?

Yes. Every sign includes a remote dimmer, so you can dial it down for dinner and cocktail hour and bring it up for the dance floor.

Do I need any special wiring or an electrician at the venue?

No. It plugs into any standard wall outlet with the included adapter. Just make sure your venue has an accessible outlet near where you plan to hang it.

What happens if it arrives damaged?

Every sign is packaged for safe international shipping, but if something arrives damaged we'll replace it free of charge. Just email a photo to hello@neoniqueled.com within 30 days of delivery and we'll take it from there.
