At Neonique LED, every sign is handcrafted to order in our partner workshop in Shenzhen, China. Because each piece is custom-built and quality-tested before it ships, please review the timelines below before placing your order.

Free Worldwide Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on every order, to every country we serve. No hidden fees at checkout.

Production & Delivery Time

Total time from order to delivery is approximately 14 business days, broken down as follows:

  • Handcrafting & quality testing: 5–7 business days at our Shenzhen workshop.
  • Express international shipping: 5–7 business days to most destinations once dispatched.

Delivery times may extend slightly during major holidays, large sales events, or due to customs processing in your country.

Order Tracking

Once your sign is dispatched, you'll receive an email with a tracking number so you can monitor your order all the way to your door.

Packaging

Every sign ships in protective foam and reinforced packaging designed for international transit. We take packaging seriously — it's the difference between a beautiful sign arriving in perfect condition and an avoidable warranty claim.

Customs and Duties

Local import duties, VAT, or customs fees may apply on delivery depending on your country's regulations. These charges are the customer's responsibility and are not included in the shipping cost. If you have questions about expected duties for your country, contact us before ordering and we'll share what we know.

Shipping Address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. NeoniqueLED LLC is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, contact us at hello@neoniqueled.com within 14 days of delivery (or expected delivery). We will replace your sign at no cost or issue a full refund — see our Refund Policy for details.
