These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of neoniqueled.com and the products and services offered by NeoniqueLED LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company ("Neonique LED," "we," "us," or "our"). By using the site, you agree to these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using our services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Eligibility

Our services are intended for users at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in their jurisdiction. By using our services, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements.

3. Accounts and Registration

If you create an account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to keep that information up to date. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

4. Use of Services

You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes. You must not violate applicable laws, infringe on the rights of others, use the services for fraudulent purposes, or interfere with the operation of the site.

6. Orders and Payments

All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD) and are subject to change without notice. By placing an order, you agree to provide accurate payment information. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order due to product availability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud.

7. Shipping and Delivery

We offer free worldwide shipping. Each sign is custom-made and shipped from our workshop in Shenzhen, China; total order-to-delivery time is approximately 14 business days. See our Shipping Policy for full details. We are not responsible for delays caused by factors beyond our control, including carrier delays and customs processing.

8. Returns and Refunds

We offer a 30-day return window on stock designs and a 2-year manufacturer warranty. Custom personalized orders are not eligible for change-of-mind returns but are covered by our defect warranty. See our Refund Policy for full details.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, NeoniqueLED LLC and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the specific product or service in question.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless NeoniqueLED LLC, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of your use of our services or your violation of these Terms.

11. Modifications

We may modify these Terms at any time. Changes are effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of our services after a change constitutes acceptance.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming.
