Refund & Return Policy

We stand behind every sign we ship. NeoniqueLED LLC offers a 30-day return window on stock designs and a 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects on every product.

When You Can Return

  • Damaged on arrival. If your sign arrives damaged or non-functional, contact us within 14 days of delivery and we'll replace it or refund you in full — including return shipping costs.
  • Change of mind (stock designs only). You can return unused, undamaged stock-design signs in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item was defective.
  • Warranty failures. If your sign stops working within 2 years of delivery due to a manufacturing defect, we'll repair it, replace it, or refund it — your choice.

How to Return

  1. Reach out. Email hello@neoniqueled.com with your order number, a short description of the issue, and (if relevant) a photo or short video.
  2. Get approval. Within 24 hours we'll send you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions.
  3. Pack it securely. Use the original packaging if possible, with all accessories included.
  4. Ship it back. Use a trackable shipping method. We cover return shipping for defective or damaged items.

Refund Processing

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days of us receiving and inspecting the returned product. You'll receive a confirmation email when the refund is processed.
  • Replacements are shipped at no extra charge once your return is approved.

What's Not Covered

  • Damage caused by misuse, drops, accidental damage, water exposure, or improper installation.
  • Custom personalized signs (with custom text, fonts, or shapes you supplied) are not eligible for change-of-mind returns, but they remain covered by the 2-year defect warranty.
  • Returns requested more than 30 days after delivery (warranty claims excepted).
