This isn't your average neon sign. We use food-grade silicone for the LED neon flex (safer, longer-lasting, and UV-resistant so it never yellows) and a premium laser-cut acrylic backing for clean edges and a finish that lasts. Crafted to a higher standard than the typical neon sign you'll find online.

Shipping & production
Every sign is handcrafted to order and ships free worldwide with FedEx or DHL Express. Total time from order to your door is approximately 14 business days (5-7 days production + 5-7 days express shipping). You'll receive a tracking number as soon as your sign is dispatched.
Warranty & returns

How do I hang or mount the sign?
Every sign ships with the hanging hardware you need — pre-drilled holes in the acrylic backing plus screws and mounting fixtures. Hang it like a picture on a nail or screw, or stand it on a shelf.
Is it safe to leave on for long periods?
Yes. LED neon runs on low-voltage DC power and stays cool to the touch — very different from old-school glass neon. Our signs are rated for 100,000+ hours of continuous use.
Can I dim it or change the brightness?
Yes. Every sign includes a remote dimmer so you can adjust the brightness from a soft glow to full-blast party mode.
Can I customize the color, size, or text?
Absolutely. Small changes like color swaps or a different font are free — just email hello@neoniqueled.com after ordering. For fully custom designs (your own text, logo, or shape), use our design-your-sign customizer.
What happens if it arrives damaged?
Every sign is packaged for safe international shipping, but if something arrives damaged we'll replace it free of charge. Just email a photo to hello@neoniqueled.com within 30 days of delivery and we'll take it from there.
Do I need any special wiring or an electrician?
No. It plugs into any standard wall outlet with the included adapter. Zero installation, zero wiring.
