We use food-grade silicone for the LED neon flex (safer, longer-lasting, and UV-resistant so it never yellows) and a premium laser-cut acrylic backing for clean edges and a finish that lasts. Shipping & production
Every sign is handcrafted to order and ships free worldwide with FedEx or DHL Express. Total time from order to your door is approximately 14 business days (5-7 days production + 5-7 days express shipping). You'll receive a tracking number as soon as your sign is dispatched.

How do I hang or mount the sign?
Every sign ships with the hanging hardware you need — pre-drilled holes in the acrylic backing plus screws and mounting fixtures. Hang it like a picture on a nail or screw, or stand it on a shelf.
Is it a good gift?
Yes — this is one of our most-gifted signs, especially for birthdays, housewarmings, weddings, and graduations. If it's a gift, mention the recipient's name in the order notes and we'll pack it discreetly (no invoice inside).
Is it safe to leave on for long periods?
Yes. LED neon runs on low-voltage DC power and stays cool to the touch — very different from old-school glass neon. Our signs are rated for 100,000+ hours of continuous use.
Can I dim it or change the brightness?
Yes. Every sign includes a remote dimmer so you can adjust the brightness from a soft glow to full-blast.
Can I customize the color, size, or text?

What happens if it arrives damaged?
Every sign is packaged for safe international shipping, but if something arrives damaged we'll replace it free of charge. Just email a photo to hello@neoniqueled.com within 30 days of delivery and we'll take it from there.
Do I need any special wiring or an electrician?
No. It plugs into any standard wall outlet with the included adapter. Zero installation, zero wiring.
